新作OVA动画将由全新的制作阵容负责，声优方面理所当然的保持不变。该作将由TYO Animation制作，监督为《最近、我的妹妹有点怪》的畑博之。脚本将由《现视研》《侵略!乌贼娘》的横手美智子负责，而曾担任多部作品作画监督的谷口元浩将出任角色人设一职。搖曳百合OVA故事讲述的是七森中学里的“茶道社”本是已经废社的空活动室，最近却被4个女生占据了，成为娱乐社消耗时间的地方。时而欢笑时而百合的日常生活就这样开始了。。Dash Snow rejected a life of privilege to make his own way as an artist on the streets of downtown New York City in the late 1990s.
