The first time Sarah tries drugs is the first time she goes out with Tim, who was a customer of hers in the Dew Drop Inn Cafe. Tom is sweet and cool and after one night, she moves in with him| leaving behind her alcoholic mother and younger sister, Karen. For a while life is great and drugs are just part of the deal and most of the fun. But then things start getting complicated...。故事发生在这个整年都会不可思议地开着樱花而出名的新月型岛——初音岛。主人公朝仓纯一在岛上的风见学园上学，他拥有在睡觉时能看到别人梦境的奇异能力，还能使用由魔法使老奶奶所教授的能变出点心的小魔法。早上起床到风见学园上学，遇到同样身为青梅竹马后辈“狗狗”天枷美春，以及学园偶像白河小鸟，还有在学校吃午餐时，不知为什么总是吃火锅的水越萌和水越真子姐妹……这都只是很平常的生活。这一天，她们也是很平常的度过着。然而，年幼的时候突然搬到美国的芳乃樱出现了。。台湾的街头太保很凶辣，一群太保接连成队好打斗狠，搅到治安很差，他们出没的地方经常会出现女子被非礼甚至谋杀，警方都对他们束手无策……。
