故事根据樋口卓治的同名小说改编，2014年与2015年分别以舞台剧与电视剧形式亮相。被告知只有几个月生命的电视台能干放送作家三村修治（织田裕二饰）在人生最后阶段决定实行一个特别的“企划”，全力为妻子彩子（吉田羊饰）寻找一位“最棒的结婚对象”而努力奔走。。In order to escape from her former lover Marc, Sylvia goes to Brazil where Dr. Santamo transforms her into the beautiful Emmanuelle. With this new identity comes a sexual awakening which is complicated by her memories of Marc. As with other entries in this series, the plot twists provide ample opportunities to expose the characters.。
