郑得利小气成性，买了高楼豪宅却每天与妻小在空屋里搭帐棚，洗澡则去大楼泳池边的更衣室，只为维持完美屋况，好让房子增值转卖发大财。眼看发财梦即将成真，谁知厄运突袭，住在楼上的廖伯伯突然「空降」在郑得利家的阳台上，圆梦美宅顿时面临房价砍半的危机。心急如焚之时，「空降」的廖伯伯显灵发威、觊觎无主遗产的贪财管委会拼命捣乱、还有赏金杀手也来搅局，在富贵「逼」人夹杀中，郑得利该如何辟出一条财路？。BBC Two announces that shooting has begun on series two of detective comedy Vexed, starring Toby Stephens (Jane Eyre, Robin Hood, Cambridge Spies) who reprises his role as D.I.
