张安（吴廷烨饰）与王权（高雄饰）赴婆罗洲谋生，遇上了圣女艾珠（冯婉仪饰）。张安与艾珠发生了一夜情。而当他与王权一同离开时，被下了血咒。二十年后，张安已死，而血咒开始应验于他的后人身上。张安之子张皓南（林立三饰）在王爵士家中替他的千金王美儿 （杨玉梅饰）作私人补习。然而过了不久，就发生了一连串的怪事。后来王爵士揭露了自己的身份，原来他就是当年的王权，而这一切怪事都与血咒有关。王权遇害，死前他嘱咐张皓南、美儿二人前往找艾珠解开血咒……。In this '60s retro prequel to the bizarro-noir Bloodsucker's Handbook (AKA Enchiridion), Bloodsucker's Planet follows the crew of the space ship Argosy as they respond to a distress signal from the industrial Planet Mara only to discover the planet is ruled by the sinister Mother Vampire.
